Please read this document carefully before using the 3420 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3420 platform — including the website, mobile application, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 3420 platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who reside in or are located in regions where the use of such services is permitted. Users are fully responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation
To access the full range of 3420 services, you will need to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 3420 support team immediately.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes or illegal activities
- Providing false information during registration or any transaction
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage platform systems
- Using automated software or bots to access or interact with the platform
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in bad faith
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
Official Currency
All transactions on the 3420 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No currency conversion is required for local users. The platform supports local payment methods including DuitNow and FPX. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change — check the latest details in your account after logging in.
Identity Verification
3420 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal or where suspicious activity is detected. This includes but is not limited to a copy of an identification card or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary suspension or closure of the account.
Transaction Errors
If you notice any discrepancies in your transaction records, please report them to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date. 3420 reserves the right to correct any identified errors, including adjusting the accurate amount in your account upon completion of the investigation.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Account Suspension & Closure
3420 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. In the event of a suspension, any valid balance in the account will be processed in accordance with the established procedures.
Users may also voluntarily close their account by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed subject to the settlement of all outstanding transactions.
Liability Limit
3420 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to loss of profits or business disruption. 3420's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

All content on the 3420 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of 3420 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
